Best software/app to manage comments on Instagram and FB?

Thanks for reading:

Launching an e-commerce company in about 6 weeks and am looking for must have community management tools, most importantly-something I can use on both desktop and my phone to help me better manage comments/social interaction on IG and FB.

Any ideas or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

    I don't have much experience with facebook but when it comes to instagram I have experienced many things. Using third party apps or tools that have direct access to instagram can get you shadow banned, most especially is thing are overdone. This reason for this is because of the recent algorithm update. You can consider getting yourself a VA or SMM insteam

      Thanks but I am pretty sure the services I am looking at/for (services like Sprout Social, Hootsuite and AngoraPulse) do not fall into the category you mention above.

      Shadow Banning comes predominantly more from automation and bot-like behaviour.
