Advice for HORECA magazine

Good morning,
recently I'm dedicating myself to marketing and social media for a small trade magazine. I'm in the middle of training.

I have a doubt about the times which to post on Facebook. The page tha I manage is linked to a magazine for horeca professionals.

I keep track of the usual indicators or is there something else to analyze? Do you have any advice?
