What are the best way to get results on facebook?

I need to fill rooms with seminar attendees, I use facebook events and did a little with ads but the results are very weak... should have 100 people in the room and the ads barely get 20. I use look a like and target the demo but are facebook ads just not productive?

FB ads are really productive for seminars. In Baltimore last year, we put 250 people in a room with a couple months of fb ads/giveaways spending about $800.

You should really check your offer. The offer is what gets people there.

Meetup.com and eventbrite.com are going to be your friends on getting people there too.
