Do people join groups with 10 members (Facebook)

Hello,


If i am staring a facebook group from the ground up and i don`t want to add all of my friends. Will they join the group from the freebie ebook and a link to my FB group?Or there is no other way either than adding people with force to the group

    With Fb Group the secret is gaining momentum, it means that at the beginning it's harder to get people in because the group is small but once you hit a critical mass you will get daily request to join your group.

    How are you promoting your book to get leads ?
