I need help on this please.

If I had 500,000 twitter followers, can I make my tweets to be seen by only selected users?
For example, if I had 10,000 students, 26,000 merchants, 2000 engineers etc, if I tweet for engineers, how can I segment my tweets so that only engineers see what is meant for engineers and vice versa.

    Recently I'm trying to grow my twitter account with followers and generate engagement. My tweets have generate a lot of favs and RT but I'm still stuck with the same followers, though people like my tweets they don't follow me.

    Do you think my follower number is an influence?

    I looked for a way to boost my social media and gain more followers, but I've never do this before so I'm not sure, what do you think about this?

    Sorry as far as I know this feature is not there in Twitter, you cant hide certain followers. The only possible thing you can do is BLOCKING.

    Simple answer is no. There is no way to segment your followers. If this is something you want to do, you may want to convert your followers over to an email list.

    The best way to get a Tweet out to different types of users, is to smartly use hashtags. Everyone that follows you will see the Tweet, but the hashtags can help notify them about the specific topic...and it will help invite new followers in those targeted segments.

    I am curious how you got half million followers? Is lots of tweets bring followers? Or I just need to follow others? In LinkedIn we can easily send connection requests. But in Twitter I think there is no way to send friend or connection requests. Can you share your secret of getting half million followers?

    If you 500000 twitter may b it can but you have to make some groups and you can also get more followers if you want I am using ECIR pro, they guys help me to get more followers to connect on social media.
