I was wondering if anybody else had this problem. I am trying to post an affiliate link from clickbank to pinterest. My link keeps getting flagged, denied due to spam potential. This has happenned with every one I have tried. Am I doing something wrong or are my clickbank picks just not up to pinterest standards.?

Affiliate links from the likes of JVZoo or Clickbank raise red flags for some social media platforms. While I have not had the problem with Pinterest, I certainly have experienced it with Facebook. There are a lot of generalizations about what constitutes spam for some of their automatic flagging systems. There might be more info in their terms and conditions.

Using a link cloaker like bit.ly might help or, if your heart is set on this, you can always set up a bridge page that can include the pic and your link without having to worry about a ban.

Have you considered that direct linking from social media sites to a sales page may not be the best structure for setting up your offer? I believe that it's better to qualify and "warm" your leads a bit prior to trying to sell something to them. Why not build a niche content website whose pages become your landing pages for cold traffic such as your suggesting? It will allow you to gain site subscribers, as well.

Definitely best to link to a blog post Matt; said blog post offering value, pointing to the affiliate link. Pinners love blogs.Affiliate links? Not quite as much. Plus your blog will virtually never get flagged on the platform, providing you share value thru it persistently.

It's normal that a link blocked from Pinterest. If you want to unblock that you have to contact with pinterest support forum.
