So, I know that there are some third party pieces of software that allow you to post to groups, or join groups, etc. on FB all on autopilot.

I've seen these as launches on JVZOO, etc.

I wonder though, has anyone seen software that allows you to target, and message people on FB? Or that targets people, and then ensures a post from one of your business pages ... or your personal account etc. shows up in the target's timeline?

Something that allows the same sort (or close) of targeting you'd find in FB's own ad system?

    There's a guy named "khalil shreateh". He made some FB extentions. He is pretty much good. I'm not promoting him. You can search by his name and find that. I tried to find but I don't know which one should I share with you. So it would be great if you check by your own.
