Is there a tool that notifies when your blog post is shared, liked on Facebook etc.

Hi Guys
I would like to get notified when my blog post is shared, liked (on facebook, twitter, linkedin and the other popular social media sites). I would also like to know when someone linked back to me from another site.

I would also like to see statistics on all this. For example, if I want to see the statistics on all the above for the last month it would be very nice.

Is there such a tool available which will track all? If not some of it?

    There is no such on Facebook.
    You ca only star it as "See first" and when you open facebook feed, you see this one news the first one.
