2 questions about adverstising on Facebook

I just started advertising on Facebook and I have two questions:

1. They sent me an email saying how much they billed me and it's a little off from what my amount spent says in my business manager. Is that normal? Why wouldn't they be the same?

2. Just in case people leave negative comments on my ad, I would like to be able to respond to those comments. But I can't find where it shows the comments in the business manager. Does anybody know where I can find the comments and respond to them?

    1. Yes it is normal because the timing of the day and times of charges are not perfectly reflected in your dash board, as compared to when they charge you. But you can always ask their customer service to verify any billing.

    2. Yes you can do this by checking each ads insights and interaction. Probably the best thing to do is use the "facebook page" app on your phone, then you can connect everything inside that, and monitor all comments, private messages, all in one place!

    I think they appear below the comment section like a normal one. Can be both negative or positive comments. Yeah, you can reply them with a legal argument.
