Promote FaceBook Group? Fiverr or anyone else?

A lady friend has a simple FB page for people that create crafts for a very specific group. Would a promoter from Fiverr be a good start? I want to keep it a secret so she thinks it's organic growth. She only has about 30 members after a few months.

Unless the Fiverr promoter can give you VERIFIABLE case studies regarding the provider's traffic, I'd steer clear.

  • I would suggest you create a FB Group to build up the members. You can find and add many friends who have the same interest. Fiverr is good for other things and not for buying traffic. Posting in Instagram and Pinterest also can help to build your followers.

You simply need to do what she probably isnt - or in your case cant...

Find online communities where these people would hang out... share your story... share her story and then link to her group... you are the guy that thinks the world of this girl and you want to make her dream a reality.. go check this out - dont tell her I sent you haha

IT WILL WORK - I PROMISE

No. Generally speaking, a promoter on Fiverr is a bad idea. You would be better off doing it yourself.

I am not questioning why you want her to believe the traffic is organic, but consider that it could at some point backfire for you. Even organic traffic needs to be planned and executed and she should probably be aware of that.

It really hacks me off when I see a Fiverr provider charging you money, albeit a small amount, for something you can practically do yourself. I've tried one in the last couple of days and the links they gave me as proof of work done, I was like... is this for real?

My question is. How do some of them get all these good reviews? Someone care to fill me in?

The more family and friends they have, the more good reviews they can garner.

They buy gigs, leave reviews and then they are refunded their money, outside of Fiverr so no one is the wiser.

This is not rocket science. lol

If this person really is your friend and not someone who paid you for a job you have no idea how to do, then you would teach her how to find and join related groups where she can share and network with like-minded people.

    Hi Kirby,

Best way to grow a Group the right way is to answer questions generously, and to share helpful, link-free updates. Ensures most new humans who join the group become loyal fans, leading to business growth long term.
