Problem with business manager on Facebook- need help ASAP

Hi guys,

I'm trying to connect one of my client's Facebook ad account and business page to my Business manager.
When I'm in the business manager it seems like everything is fine but when I'm trying to create campaign from my ads manager....
I can't find his account, so I am not able to start work on his campaign.

Anybody knows what I should do (it takes Facebook support forever before they respond).

Ask your client if he gave you the permission to manage ads. Alternatively you can check:

1- If you have added a person from the business manager - Ad accounts - Add people.
2- Search for the ad account from the drop list in the ads manager.
3- Make sure your client's ad account is active.
