How Can I Use Facebook To Generate Free Homeowner Motivated Seller & House Buyer Leads

I know I can advertise, have little budget for this but I want to learn how to do manual lead generation marketing on facebook for free yes it will be slower but it is better then nothing .

I am new to wholesaling real estate (NEWBIE) i am targeting homesellers that need to sell house fast due to financial hardship and looking for house cash buyers on facebook.
What would you do to market yourself on facebook for free to generate free leads

    I am not sure if targeted facebook ads are your best bet for something like this. IMO if you want to wholesale property create and build a network of agents and investors and use the agents to get you good leads.

    With small budget you wont be able to survive in that niche. Since that is a high paying niche thus CPC would be high too and for every lead you will have to pay more but still you can survive if you have previous experience but as a newbie it would be hard.
