A few weeks ago I posted a request for anyone who had suggestions for app/ websites such as Canva or an alternative to photoship. I recently came across a few more that I would like to share with anyone who is looking:

- Easil
- Pablo
- Spark
- Snappa
- Over
- Wordswag

I havent personally used any of them yet but I thought I would share

What kind of graphics are you looking for? There are lots of available ones out there. Are you looking on creating more of poster like pictures? Or maybe giving that oldskool 80's - 90's vibe on your picture?
Like you, I have been using Canva for that poster style look with text insert on my mobile. I also use VSCO for photo editing and 1998 Cam app if i want to add a bit of old skool vibe on my photos.

I'm looking more for like a "poster" I suppose. Like a graphic with content. I see lots of nice mini cartoon pictures with lots of well organized content on an Instagram post and Canva is fine but I was looking for something with more versatility. I have heard photoshop is what some people use.

Do you work mainly with your mobile phone only or are you editing with a desktop or portable as well? Yes. Photoshop is the most versatile. You can also add in Adobe Illustrator as well. You may need some time learning the different functions offered if you are not familiar.

If you are using mobile only though, you may need multiple apps to achieve that look that you are going for. Aside from what i use above, try Posters: graphic design by KVAD on the playstore. Pretty good Instagram templates too.

I am working almost exclusively from my phone but I can work off my laptop. I don't have much experience with Photoshop but i'm sure there are youtube videos to help. Thanks for the info !

To promote your brand instagram is a strong medium, but here you must compete other brands. So to get more professional or customer-attention oriented ads you need to spend some dollars or develop your skill at Photoshop.

As a free tool Canva is good than other free tool

Yes.. there is a high amount of competition in many areas of marketing .. that is not something new or exclusive to Instagram.. I was aware of Canva, thanks !

If you want to create unique and personalized graphic content, you could use this free online image editor:
    https://www.photopea.com/
    And open free PSD Templates
    https://www.freepik.com/popular-psd
    with it.

Then edit it how you want it to.
