Am I The Only One That Find's Pinterest Confusing?

I'm new to Pinterest. Everything thing looks mumbo jumbo to me. I feel overwhelmed!

I was looking for an additional traffic source and I learnt you can get tons of free traffic there. Also learnt, that unlike Google, old Pins are never old and can bring you a bust of traffic if someone chooses to Repin it. I joined Pinterest years ago but ditched it once I found it overwhelming but chose to start this week.

I really don't know how to join boards. I'm gradually learning to create boards. Finding people to follow can be difficult or stressful. It's unlike Instagram that's like a breeze.

Guys, I need some help

1. How do I join or follow boards?

2. How do I Repin a post. Must I repost on my board or on other board?

3. How do I Repin someones Pin on my own board and how can I choose which of my boards to post on.

4. How many niche boards can I have? Or is it strictly one niche. I want to be promoting different products

For instance, I'm in weight loss, recipes, affiliate marketing. Will it not confuse my followers?

Help please!!!!
