The iPhone 11 was announced in September 10, and people took their reaction to Twitter and other social media channels about how it looks. Obviously, this creates a social conversation, both among Apple and non-Apple users. My question - with such a polarizing brand as Apple, do you think such reactions on social media affect a brand's reputation? Do you think social media is merely a separate virtual bubble that brands can just shrug off, and they carry on selling?
