Facebook ads - how to automatically remove comments

I am running multiple ads at the moment on Facebook and am struggling to keep up with all of the trolls and negative comments.
Is there some software or tool that can automatically hide/delete all comments? Or is there a setting within Facebook that I can change to turn off comments for example?
I have seen some articles from before 2017 stating you could blacklist specific words so all comments with certain keyphrases are automatically hidden but seemingly this feature has been removed.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Only way for now is to auto-hide keywords. Navigate to your Facebook page and click on Settings. Once there, scroll down and look for Page Moderation. That's where you auto-hide keywords, including but not limited to "scam", "fraud", etc.

This, you can't disable comments by default on advertising campaigns. That's the opposite of what core social media marketing is. You'd want to interact with people.

You can also hire a VA and let him handle hiding all the troll comments, it will only be visible to the person who wrote it.

Thanks for your responses, I have followed the instructions you have mentioned however whenever I click on the settings i cannot seem to find Page moderation.

I had seen this solution many times in different articles and tutorials etc but i just assumed that facebook had updated and removed this feature as i cannot find it anywhere.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place? Would it be too much trouble to maybe ask for a screenshot of where I should look? Thanks again

See that "Page moderation" after "Age restrictions"? Click on Edit, then you can add words or phrases which you want to block.

Please let us know if you were able to do the same.

Thanks you so much for going to the trouble of taking a screen shot for me. I have since found out that i was looking through the wrong settings dashboard altogether. I have now found the page moderation section.

I have another couple of questions if you don't mind... Does Page moderation definitely moderate our Paid Ads? I often get confused between pages, profiles, ads and groups etc. My understanding was that a facebook page is different to a paid ad?

If this is the case would the setting to 'disable posts by other people on the page' remove all of them full stop? Here is a pic of the setting I am referring to - https://www.screencast.com/t/iWNhkJic5G

Thanks again, I really appreciate your help with this.
