Does using multiple hashtags on Twitter increase post impression?

It might sound ironic, but I'm seeing that the more hashtags you use on a Twitter post, which you think should have more impressions, actually gives them less impressions when viewing the post analytics.

Does this mean Twitter throttles "hashtag spam" or something? Because on Instagram, ironically, the more hashtags you put, the more impressions you get.

yes thats true.. I found out something strange about this and wondered what happened.
I always used 3 hashtags which were mostly the same and at the beginning I got a lot of impressions and later posts got less and less views...
as I made the decision to use even more than 3 my impressions decreased further more...

I guess the best strategy would be to only use one hashtag and always change it..

I honestly don't even know why I still care so much about Twitter. He is very reticent towards people that are doing MMO. Yes, the more you try to use more hashtags , the more they post is hidden .

I agree with this. You'd think that more hashtags lead to more impressions but it's happened to me and it's never increased my impressions.
