I'm in a community quarantine as I write this, and I'm sure you are too. I have to admit - it's pretty hard being in isolation from friends and colleagues even if I'm working remotely and I have access to the Internet. Nothing truly replaces physical interaction with another person.

And during this isolation, we can always consider live-streaming to friends and colleagues. It's readily available, and relatively easy to set up. And there's Instagram Live.

The social network recently published a listing of tips to help marketers go live and still connect with their audience. The full infographic is below:

This is exactly the situation of the majority of businesses worldwide. Me too, currently we are working from home and using online interactive tools to work and communicate at work. This time is very special and difficult, everyone please try to calmly to overcome it!

Why there should be any lockdowns after all possibly? All major social, video, search and other news and media platforms really do work in that time, why Instagram can't? But I hope it's my panic and all will be just all right anyway.

Not only instagram but facebook. The world is facong a crisis and everyine has to be informed. It has been noted that some people are still ignorant of the coronavirus even though it is clearly spreading. These people have to be informed at any cost. This is the work of the governmet and everyone else out there which happens to be the managers of socialmedia.

I hope your quarantine ends soon enough. The government is just looking out for us even thiugh some people are clearly against it. I don not feel bad being in quarantine. It is a time to be with family and lookout for each other. Instagram happens to be doing the same. Thank you to everyine who cares.

    some people are still ignorant

    Nothing unusual about that.

I think it's funny that social media would be advising people how to use social media during a time when that's about all the 'contact' they are getting.

Although people are avoiding any physical communication it doesn't mean they are not interacting on social media platforms. During lockdown a surge has been seen on social media platforms.
Currently there are more than 3.8 billion social media users around the world. That represents 49% of the total world population. Then why not use this platform to help the needy? This platform is providing you an opportunity to increase your brand visibility through organic means across the globe.
