Which Formula Can Help To Convert Traffic Into Leads And Sales?

Many businesses have managed to generate insurmountable traffic on their social media pages. Yet the sales have only increased marginally or have remained where they were when they started the campaigns. To turn the table, around, such businesses must create irresistible offers to help convert the traffic into leads and sales. The problem is the formula for doing this. What are your suggestions?

    The ultimate formula is this:
    1) Your lead magnet must be relevant to your business and must be valuable and helpful to your targeted audience.
    1) Lead nurture your subscribers by providing them with useful information so that they trust you and your brand. Once this is established, they definitely buy from you.

I concur with you. I think the idea is to find leads that will add value to the client.

  • Think outside the box with your lead magnet. A standard "report" or "course" isn't as attractive as it used to be. Also, make sure your copy writing skills are top notch.

There is a huge difference between "posting" and "promoting" which most business seem to be jumbling up.

I found a good formula to use is a 80/20 rule, which seems to have been lost or ignored. This may not be practical for all, but may be a good starting point.

Basically, it states that 80% of your social media posts should inform, educate, and entertain your audience, and 20% should directly promote your business brand.

In addition, more meaty content should be available to your targeted demographics such as articles, video, other online/offline media, etc.

I recommend building a strong online presence before trying to cash in too early. (Give before take).

      Find a hungry crowd.
      Find what they're hungry for.
      Find what they're hungry for.
      Sell it to them.

I agree but it takes time before you become an authority. so what are the things that you should do to speed up the process?

It really is not at all necessary to be an "authority" in your niche. I market in some of the most hotly competitive niches, none of which I am even closely considered to be an authority. We see a lot of positioning by self-annointed "authority" wannabees who lose credbility with a simple due diligence search.

The currency of sustainable attention is earned by providing prospects with relevant information from validated authoritative sources. You don't need to "dominate" a niche. All you need is to be dominant in the minds of your targeted audience.

This can be done fairly quickly by being a source or conduit of content from authoritative sources. Rather than be in sales mode, the most effective marketers focus on building a brand or reputation, by providing consistent and massive content using credible sources. The product should of course be your own branded solution.

Great advice, I love the section that says you be a conduit of content whether original or from other sources. Most marketers focus on original content and forget about other sources.
