Instagram redesigns IGTV app
Instagram is redesigning the IGTV app today, seen as a way of enticing more people to use the service, and promote creators to create long-form videos.

Its biggest is the new Discover tab which shows new and relevant IGTV content, as well as a hands-free recording mode similar to Instagram Stories. What's more, users can also post their IGTV content straight to their Stories, where 15 seconds of content will play.
