Apps or software to create small videos

Hello
I'm looking for recommendations of apps or desktop software to produce cool videos to promote products.
I like those videos with cute patterns and allowing some movement of the elements of the video, not those videos very 90s with lettring showing up and disappearing, very corporate.

Any suggestion?

    You can design the graphics using Canva, for videos, you can rely on Adobe aftereffects the most. It is the most diverse and helpful tool, but you can also use Blender to create animated and quick videos. Both are very reliable and professional tools.
