Between Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, the latter has a more "personal bubble" feel the former two don't have. With Twitter, I can change my news feed setting to either show me the latest tweets, or the top tweets. I can also mute keywords I don't like, and any tweets containing these keywords won't be shown, ever, on my news feed.

But Twitter isn't perfect, as it still deals with issues of harassment and hate speech. Watch this TED Talk as Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey discusses just that, as well as proposing changes which he hopes will "encourage healthy, respectful conversations."

    Hate speech is common among all the platforms but I am glad that someone is concerned as to how get rid of it. Most of the time hate speech is targeted at people who are complete strangers which makes absolutely no sense at all.
