Do interests expand or refind a custom audience in admanger
Hi there - forgive me if this question is somewhat basic!
The issue is quite simple: I'm trying to understand whether adding FB interests to a custom list like social or web visitors expands the audience beyond the custom list or whether it refines or helps target the audience within the custom list.
If it expands the custom audience - it would obviously not make sense to use within a campaign to a specific part of the funnel. If it refines the list it would make a lot of sense and potentially help improve ROAS for example
