How are people build followers to their Facebook pages

I see a lot of facebook pages where they manage to build their followers quickly, and i am just wondering how people do it.

I have read that if you build up your Facebook page then you can generate a lot of relevent traffic. So i am just wondering if anyone has any tips

    There are several ways you can do to build your Facebook fanspage followers quickly:
    -Create valuable post content on your fan page regularly
    -Use hashtags on your Facebook post
    -Invite your friends and family to like your Facebook Fanspage at beginning
    -Run engagement ads (PPE) from Facebook Business Manager
    -Request shoutout from related Facebook Fanspage competitor to tag your Facebook Fanspage, you will need to pay for shout out
    -Host a giveaway campaign on your fanspage when you have a few followers

    Here is a spectacular way of building Facebook page followers FAST. It's dead simple, but you'll need to spend a small amount.

    Create something digital(PDF, video series), something small but filled with value. Then, either inside the product or before you give them that product, put in a link to follow your Facebook page.

    The sure-fire way that works for me is (here's the part where you need to spend) buying ads for it. Advertising on Facebook specifically(NOT Instagram) if it's regarding a Facebook page. This way, mobile users won't have to flip through another app. They generally won't.

    @Juherianto's suggestions work, too, but this was just what has worked for me in the past.

    I had a facebook page a long time ago and the way I increased my followers was simply by sharing good content daily and by being active on other pages. I liked their posts and always wrote some comments. This way you get exposure for yourself.

    Join Facebook groups. They usually run Facebook follow threads by which you can gain followers. But for engagement, you need to create useful content for your target audience.

Though most of them can not be practiced by individual people because they do not have the kind of budget those company have. Nevertheless, there are still some tactics that can be employed by individuals to get followers.
