Basically, I think I've been drastically de-ranked because of a product that was incorrectly flagged for violating Facebook's policies. The product I listed was a toy gun for children, but the listing included words and phrases that made the algorithms think I had listed an actual weapon.
Initially, I made an appeal of the decision but later just chose to delete the product. However, the case still appears active and pending in my Support Inbox. It has a case number and still says "Open". No response from Facebook even though the product has been deleted. I've followed up with a couple additional messages explaining the situation. I even attached an image of the product I had listed that clearly shows a lime green plastic toy that looks nothing like a real weapon.
In the meantime, my other listings have been getting virtually zero traffic. Across 15 product listings, I'll be lucky to get 3-4 views in a day.
Is there any way to restore my account to it's proper functioning? I don't know of any other way to contact Facebook.
What would you do in this situation?
