important questions about SMMA start-up

Hello Warrior Forum!
I am looking forward to creating a Social media marketing agency (SMMA), I have taken some courses and understand many things, but I still have some doubts I need to know please:
(I will start next few days so I 'm a beginner in this domain)

#Thanks_in_advance

1) when I should make a website I mean at the beginning or after getting some clients? and how many clients?

2) as a digital marketer is my task only to make ads for the client or there are more like managing social media accounts and what else?

3) what is your advice for me for my first client on how to deal, and what discounts I could give?

and thanks for all the information.

    Hello

    1) You should create a landing page before you start. You can do this for free (or cheap depending on the plan) on Carrd.co. You can integrate the landing page with Calendly to book appointments. An online presence builds trust.

    2) Your task is whatever you decide it should be. What can you successfully do with your skills? Do you plan on doing it yourself or outsourcing?
Before you start you need to decide on your offer and your niche/customer. What are you offering and who are you offering it too? E.g. facebook ads for ecom brands or lead generation for plumbers. These are examples of two very different customers.

    3) Instead of upfront discounts I would recommend giving a money back guarantee. It shows you are confident in what you say you can deliver. If possible ask for a testimonial when you are done to to add to your landing page.

How do you plan on landing your first client?

    Hope this helps.

    Hi!
I have worked in SMM and SEO for a while as, so my peace of advice:
    1) The first step is to create a small website where you show what you do
    2) You may decide - if only ads - so you will be focused on targeting, if full SMM - it would be also managing clients' accounts, promotion, analytics, communication and so on.
    3) I would start from what you have learned or done yet from SMM and to create a standard offer from that.
