I don't see this question get asked often or probably not at all, and a search on Google does not produce the desired results. Do old Instagram posts still generate views? A couple of months old?

    Yes, Instagram shows content that a user is interested in first. So, if posts are relevant, then they will appear right at the top of the feed.

    Kind of depends if your post has traction or not. Typically algorithms only highlight posts that receives high engagement. If it has 0 likes, don't expect much. Think about it, what do social media platforms want? To keep users on their platform for as long as possible, so they can show more ads.
