What's the best place to manage a community?

Would like to know how you manage your communities. Slack Group? Discord? Facebook Group? Or maybe other apps/platforms that you know?

Personally, all the groups I'm joined are managed on Facebook Group since Facebook is pretty easy to manage.

    I just like to make sure that I lay out the guidelines and incorporate others in group discussion as much as I can .In addition to that I share content daily to keep the group intrigued.

    Facebook groups seem very easy to manage. They are very popular too. However if you want to manage a closed community then you can try creating a wordpress website with Buddypress plugin where you can manage your own community of people with full control on what happens inside your website.
