Rate Social by Namecheap

It looks like namecheap has a new app called RateSocial. It looks to me like their version of a solution such as Hootsuite. It is introductory right now so you get 30 days free then $7.41 for second month then the regular looks to be around $10.00 per month.
I looked at hootsuite and for a similar plan it was $179 per month.
Has anyone tried RateSocial from Namecheap and what are your thoughts. There really isn't a lot of info on Namecheaps site, nor are there screenshots or a demo.
Any input would be really helpful
