Do you need to use hashtags on LinkedIn?

I get better performance when I use hash tags on LinkedIn. I think they are still usefull

I use them but in line which means they are within the body of the sentence or in between two words/characters of the sentence. They are not embedded in the way that one would see the users of Instagram adding them. I use no more than five hashtags on LinkedIn posts
