Looking for advice on YouTube (No links / names)

Hi
Perhaps, you can tell a good advice for my current situation in YouTube.
I have 2 channels and I don't know what to do with them in situation as...
The story behind it is:

I was running my first channel (call it "A") and got more then 1k subs. Then I switched to a new ("B") channel and stopped making videos on "A" for 2 years, while making them on the new channel. I got a lower result then on "A" channel. Now, I regret it and think it was a mistake and I don't want to leave my A channel, because I have there videos I'm proud of and it's a big pity for me personally to leave them.

(??) I'm thinking if it's a good idea to combine them on one channel. Bringing from A to B, or from B to A and restore the "A" channel. With making Remakes, so it can be improved and not just copy-pasted.
Or even with Rebranding. New name, banner etc.

! Important thing is: they have pretty same conception, same niche and style. And going about similar thing, just in "A" a game is CSGO, in "B" a game is Genshin Impact. !
! Channel "A" is still getting plenty of views. !
! I don't really want to run 2 channels. Will be hard. !

What do you think? Of course, you gotta or have experience in YouTube or give your opinion as a "subscriber".

I have experience with YouTube but anyone can express
    their opinions here.

Are you making any money with either channel? That is
    an important consideration.

I have more than one, and it's not difficult, you just have
to schedule your time and efforts. For example, you could
make videos for each one on alternate days, or make one
in the morning and another in the afternoon, or whatever
    works for your schedule.

If I were you, I would keep them both, make sure that they
are generating income, placing links in the descriptions or
promoting things within the videos themselves.

The reason that it's a good idea to keep two channels is
that you can promote product A, for example shoes, on
one and product B, for example travel, on the other. And
that way you are making money from shoes and travel.

BTW, I use AI in my productions because it is easier and
saves me time, and I am able to produce high quality and
    informative videos.

    • Monetization is not enabled on them.

Thank you for this advice, I will think if I can run two channels. I'm not certain, but I can just try.

Whatever you decide, it's important to do something
and be consistent about what you are doing.

If you can only manage one channel, that is fine, you
have to do what works for you, it doesn't matter what
other people are doing, only yourself.

I suggest you find something you can sell/promote
and place links in your description.

YouTube is great for affiliate marketing but you can
sell your own products as well, preferably some type
        of digital download items.

        • Yes, agreed. Doing something is better then nothing.

Do you think combining might be a good idea?
-I want rather combine in one, then running two, to be honest. Unless, it will be a really bad idea. But this why I came to a forum - for an advice from people with experience.

I am pretty sure before placing something, the channel needs to be getting views.

You need to do whatever you think is best for you.

IMO the most important thing is that you make money
with whatever you are doing, otherwise what is the
            point.

If your topic is gaming, you should be selling games or
electronics, instructions, ebooks, or pushing affiliate
            offers.

If you don't know what to do or you are undecided, then
I highly recommend you use ChatGPT to help you plan,
strategize and develop content for your videos, even
            things that you could sell.

ChatGPT can give you pros and cons of merging your
channels, as well as suggestions on ways to monetize.

I Think you should focus on channel A and abandon channel B .Use the data analytics from channel B being that the channels are similar . .Incorporate what you've learned from.both channels to strengthen channel A .

    • Your opinion is appreciated. This might be a good idea.

Do you think It's a good idea to bring videos from B to A ? Since they are similar, but just about different games...This is what bothers me in this case.

In my opinion your channel "A" give good results in the coming days. So you focus on channel A and For channel "B", if it is possible then one thing you do is schedule and manage 4 posts in the month, so it also continues along channel "A". When your channel "A" grows and monetizes get some income. Increase work on channel "B" also. There are many YouTubers who handle more than I channel. For any YouTubers continuity is a must with quality content. I hope you get some help from this.
