You might not have noticed it, but the platform now called X has completely switched over from the "twitter.com" domain to "x.com".

Chime in.

That's fine - now if people will stop writing "X, which was formerly known as Twitter" - I'd be happy.

People are still saying this on a regular basis, like on the news.

And when will people stop calling the posts "tweets"?

Musk did not think this through.

Damn, didn't think about that, indeed everyone is calling them tweets. Nice observation

I think Elon over estimated the public intelligence.... and the fact that for some unexplainable reason (to me, at least) people actually LIKE the term 'twitter' ....

    X marks the spot now.

Somethings have been changed but I don't really notice too much of a difference. Twitter is still 1 of my favorites.

It's a big change from "twitter.com" to "x.com," but it's cool to see how people are adjusting to the new name.

"X" name sounds better than Twitter, Every platform needs to change according to the time.

I think that was a major change and was noticed by almost everyone cause X (formerly known as twitter) has a huge audience and users.

Honestly, I supported the name change initially from Twitter to X. I think we had some foresight of that when he changed the logo from the bird to the "Doge."

Great but, so many rules or restriction that need to follow even for suspending the account is so much random without any violating rules

Only a generation that didn't know Twitter would call it X.

That's how 'a generation' gets to be an old generation - refusing to accept change.
