Any Trick for Generating 1000 Visitors Daily Without Search Engines or Social Media?

I am looking for other traffic sources or tricks that can get me 1000 visitors to my site excluding Search engines or any social media.

Please help if you have some ideas?

    • very good!, and I would say media buying on related forums and blogs is underlooked by many marketers, but it is the most powerful...that is how we are doing quite well.

      Small tests, and then upscaling that up when you find something that works.

    Youtube,

    "Fake" Torrents (gray/black hat!),

    "Guerilla Viral Marketing" eg. you create something extremely controversial and let it go viral or you sue Google/Facebook...or you claim you have an Alien living in your basement and make a site about it and then call Coast to Coast show mentioning your site...etc..etc..

    • Problem with this scenario is 1) Getting through when you call and 2) having your site not crash with the traffic avalanche you'll get. I listen to that show when I can't sleep sometimes and it seems that everyone who comes on the show or is mentioned on the show has their site crash!

    You could commit a heinous crime which creates a flood of traffic to your site as people try to figure out who the heck you are...

    You could create wild and creative videos which go viral...

    You could write content which gets syndicated by publishers of newsletters, blogs, etc....

    You could spend money on advertising....

    You could run through your city naked having a banner streaming behind you with your URL on it....

    You did ask for tricks...right? Or did you mean serious ways to build long-term traffic by working at it like search engines and social marketing?

  • Building your list and generate list is a business. No such thing in this world that allow you to get rich with only one-hit-button. =)

  • Have a big email list and do a lot of paid advertisement.
  • I would say your next step would be email marketing which can pull in a lot of traffic, buy display banner placements on other sites that are getting high traffic, and lastly any free classified site or listing directories (article and press release directories too).
  • Article Syndication is the best way I know of. Don't get this confused with Article Marketing as they are two different things.

  • Torrents are an easy way to advertise. For starters, it's viral, secondly, it's automated.
    You can share media files like PDF reports and ebooks containing links back to your site (and affiliate links).
  • Some people have even had success with offline traffic tactics. Flyering various places and high traffic areas or placing poster where people may be able to see. There are tons of traffic generation tactics but you have to figure which traffic source[s] work best in your niche.
  • Depends on what kind of offer you have... if it is a product, I would say JV partners... other than that, video marketing, article marketing, paid traffic... but it would be hard without social media these days...

    Stop looking for tricks.

    Create a traffic plan and work on it for 4 hours every single day.


    Every day, I get up and start my day at 7am by using the same 6 traffic methods. no tricks or loopholes just your basic traffic generation stuff. Over time it snowballs and jams up the servers:0)

      Both are very powerful....great add.

      This is probably the best advice on this entire thread. There is no quick fix to getting traffic unless you can afford to throw money at it and even that is not done quickly.

  • Offer a freebie as a WSO and promote it by bumping it up which cost $40 per bump, I've personally used this method to get a ton of traffic, leads and sales.
  • Find one thing that works. Keep doing it until you're bored. Still keep doing it anyway.

    The only traffic system that never works is not doing anything.

    A close second is doing any of the above suggestions a couple of times and expecting them to work.

  • More info would be helpful. I'm assuming that you want 1000 visits a day from people who are searching on your keywords (as another poster raised).

    Before you go working your butt off for 4 hours a day on your site (and hard work WILL be necessary), check that your market/niche and keywords are capable of delivering that volume of useful traffic. Use Google keyword tool, or better still Market Samurai to do the research.

  • Well it depends on the kind of budget you have in mind and how long are u willing to wait for it.
    If you need instant results... going for PPC, banner ads , media buy would help..
    if you are looking for long term results and willing to spend some decent time, then i would suggest create a manual links going to relevant forums. Remember, you need to search the highly relevant forums or blogs and go there and put some decent comments with signature on it...
    If you start doing it, gradually u r traffic will increase and u will start getting 1000 visitors a day in course of time... Well if you spam those sites, it might lost long!!!!
