Social media site linking or global posting?

Hello!

I am looking for a service that will take feeds (More than one feed address), and turn them into posts to FB, Twitter, G+.

Currently I am using rss graffiti, and it works well for my Facebook account, but it is not posting to twitter, and has no g+ integration.

Also, youtube integration would be cool..

Anyway, anything like this exist out there?? Thanks.

    Have you considered outsourcing this task? I believe hiring a real human being will certianly help you to get real social interaction while creating an active audience as well.
