Simple facebook tip to reach more people and get more fans.

Have you ever seen this on your profile:

"NameX has commented on the status update of NameY"
(don't know the exact sentence in english since my FB is dutch)

Why not use this to your advantage?
You can reach more people by making more people comment on your posts on FB.

So how do i get more reactions to my posts?
The answer is actually quite simple.... ask them questions

Example #1: The restaurant with the Theme nights
A client of mine asked me to help him with facebook and get more likes/reach. He does a lot of theme evenings where a photographer is present. I asked him to send me some of the photo's with a lot of people on it.
I blurred the photo up in photoshop just enough so people could recognise their friends but the quality is bad enough that people would help to clarify who is who.

I put the blurred picture on Facebook together with this message:
"Some of our Photo's aren't sharp, please identify your friends by tagging them".

Results: people were tagging massively. All the people who got tagged got a message with "NameX tagged you in a photo of NameCompany".

This way the people who arent fans yet became fan of the fanpage.

Example #2: The hip hop dance school
Another client of mine who hired me to get more likes and reach.

I posted a message on his fanpage asking people the following:
"How do you call those shoes balletdancers dance on to walk on their toes?"
Everybody knows these are called "point shoes". But because the question is asked people think "oeh oeh, i know the answer, so lets answer quickly".

Result once again was bigger reach and friends of friends became fan.

What is your point with all of this!
The point is quite simple: Be creative with your fanpage and you can grow your fanbase fairly quick with this simpel techniques.

Think about it, you can think about 100 more of these simple examples to get more people to comment, tag, and eventually get more fans.
