Anyone Used Twitter Advertising?

I see that twitter has an advertising thing where you bid for targeted followers. Was wondering if anyone had used it and what the average cost was? General opinions? Was it worth it? I'm thinking about using it to promote my fiverr gig. I'd be looking to target people looking for a logo designer.

    If it's targeted you could benefit from it. But I personally don't see any results from it. Maybe it's because I don't have that many followers, but I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
