Whats the best social media for health and beuaty products?

Hi everyone,

Weve been using facebook for our social media advertising. With PPC campaigns and over 4,00 likes its a good success but it doesn't bring through the conversions.

Anyone have any experience with other social media sites or can anyone recommend?

Pinterst. I think the subscribers are 70% women. No advertising platform as of yet...

Great way to get some traffic if done right

With so many people using Twitter, I believe it still works wonders for you, as long as you have the right list of following base and the compelling content that you tweet each day.

Try also the Google plus community because it's a growing community for Google users around the world.

LinkedIn can also be the best social media site to promote your health and beauty products.

I would said Facebook , Instagram and Pinterest cause when you talk about beauty product , they usually been attract by picture of the before and after picture .
So i believe social media with good sharing image is a good place for selling beuaty products.

Conversion is not that easy to direct convert to sales, why not you bring larger flow which convert them your site or blog to share more with them then only convert them to sales.

There are tons of social media out there and all of them can be used to promote any products and services. You have to think for new ways on how you will attract your target consumers by these sites. Like Pinterest, its more on pictures so you have to upload alluring pictures for health and beauty product. Just make sure even yourself will be tempted to repin it or like it. On twitter, use the powerful hash-tag to filter the searches for those who would likely to search your niche. FB is vast so be prepared to interact with numerous people or manually collaborate with them as you post the details of your product together with the link and at Zizbang, you can submit your homepage link and make a specific review of it. Squidoo, is for articles so create a catchy article that readers would love to read (much better if you also do some research).

I must say that youhave to get out of the box and explore different social media. Your success will rely not on social media, but on how you deal with them and use them.

      Hope that helps.

I'd say pinterest and instagram are better suited to this niche, people are easily attracted to images and the traffic could be very targeted, giving them some free offers to build a list is a good option for long term monetization.

Pinterest and Instagram I believe works best as you can post loads of photos here. You can post before and after pictures, your beauty products. And as what was mentioned above, most Pinterest and Instagram users are women.

Pinterest is the surest bet, both because it is a visual community, and because the larger segment of its member base are female in their prime shopping years.

    Pinterest and Facebook.
I really don't get why people are still bothering with Twitter. It is riddled with spam.

Everything mentioned is viable for traffic. Your job is seeking the targeted buyers not the tire kickers. Forums are also very good as are groups. Do not be blatant. Can even act as a third party that came across your site and feels it is relevant.

As mentioned before, Pinterest has a massive ratio in favor of women. Just by posting your pictures onto your Pinterest page and linking them back to your site as well as pinning all the existing pictures that are already on your site should increase your traffic. Retail, health & fitness and beauty products make up a large percentage of Pinterest's images.

I actually favour youtube than pinterest. for youtube you can better interact with viewers.
video proof is better than pictures any day.
You can boost the videos, and you can easily add likes and really make the channel healthy.
Boost the views and likes and then it will become popular and stay that way.
You get consistent new traffic daily, not to mention repeat viewers that are very interested
    in your new videos.

I would say if you are looking for conversions and using these sites will bring them but only if you are engaging in the right way. Think of the campaign, the target audience, what do they like to see, read and discuss.
