Twitter referral opt in script (I think)

Can someone tell me where I can get one of those Twitter scripts that askes you to refer the page to your followers to get the freebie?

I know I got one some time back and never used it and now don't know where the hell it is. So I would like to get another one as I have a plan for it. The one I got was free, and I would like to get on\\this one at the same price if possible.

    Thanks Garrie, I appreciate your help. I have been looking all over for something like this.

    The last one was something I could edit on my own PC, but I recon this will work just as well. As long as he doesn't take the site down, if I need to use it again.
