I can see that you have a good following on Twitter but your FB page needs more love. It would be great if you create an FB account and post broadcasts on your account at a personal level as opposed to the FB page. That way you get more likes and following this way. Twitter is so saturated.But you can leverage from the Twitter traffic if you offer some freebie to your followers in exchange for them to visit your website and optin to your list to get the freebie.

I think you have a problem in your target market. Before venturing into marketing your products or services online, you should first need to know where your target market hangs out.

Not identifying your target market is liking riding in a car and you don't know where to go. You can find your target market using Facebook ads. It allows you to identify the demographics, location, likes, and interest of your prospective market.

Take note that social media sites is not always suitable for your products and services. You have to first identify your market and know where they hang out.

What you got to realise about Facebook is that you need to post regular updates to it for people to see them in their timeline. Then there's the fact that not everyone of your fans are online at the time. And when they do login they are looking for juicy new stuff about their friends/family.

Your blogs don't seem to offer much to the user other than blog articles. How about adding some videos and getting a YouTube channel going? People respond to and like videos MUCH MUCH more than reading boring articles. No matter how helpful they are.

Mkoy nailed it! You need more engaging content on your site. What are you offering that someone can't find on another site like it?

Social media would be useful if you bring your personality into your social media activities such that people like you and want to buy from your store. You want to do more than say "buy my stuff".

As other have said, you want to engage your followers. Create interesting, helpful posts and ask thought provoking, yet relevant questions.

Like, follow, and comment on other influential people's/groups social media pages in your market space. Again, not just "buy my stuff" posts.

You're also going to want to promote the physical products on youtube with product demonstration and review videos and reviews on your blogs...

Besides social media, STUDY other areas of the forum which provide education about promoting physical products and Amazon or Alibaba stores....

Upload videos about what you are marketing, write a very interesting description, post informative ideas, tag your audiences/friends, upload images to add more appeal. Improve the page by using a very alluring cover photo and default picture. As for Twitter, you can also do the tagging, retweeting and use the hashtag, improve the page.

You should make time to update your social media streams regularly. Profiles and streams that are abandoned and stagnant can be indexed as outdated junk by search engines and visitors alike. Make sure that your stream makes a great first impression by consistently updating with links to new articles and other content.

This is the old, old story of not having a plan. Without a proper social media PLAN, you plan to fail.
Next build a community around your business and your community will build your business.
All the other advice is excellent - social networking is all about connecting and then engagement.

If you will use social media to improve web traffic, make sure your content is true and has sense, whenever you post on facebook or twitter it should be the truth and something that a reader will gain something on that post. Also, you have to have many friends or followers and interact with them.

maybe you are not sharing something valuable for your fans. Might be they are not interested in your fan page. With 2000 fans it is difficult to get good traffic, at least you need 10,000 in my opinion.

I think you should promote the products your site has on your facebook page. Also I see your sites offer coupon codes/ promo codes. You can submit your site to the sites which has discount coupon codes. It will help you drive some traffic.

SEO and Link building work cant be stopped because of your competitors. Get more content for your website and discuss it in press release site. Let see traffic can be higher.

There is alot of things that you can do to your page, personallythe main thing that I would do and its gonna sound strange but creat a youtube channle and post videos about your products on the you channle, then put the links of these onto facebook. This then shows people your products in action.

Second you have allot of pictures on your page but few tags, tag the hell out of people even if they are not in it. Its an amusing picture for them and a link back to your sight. Also share popular viral videos as they spead very quickly, which is more advertisment.

Join groups that are similar to your page and post relivant content that will catch there eye ( however never spam)

What I do is DIRECTLY send messages to twitter users I find in my search filters.

I send 200 messages out an hour... i have 5 accounts. So that gives me 1,000 messages i can send per hour...

BUT the trick in twitter is to be LOVED... if you're not, you'll get spam flagged faster than (insert anology here).

For example, I have a blog post about NATURAL COLD REMEDIES... so i set up a filter in Twitter for "i have a cold." I send everybody i find my blog post. 99.3% say "THANKS!" So the 0.7% who spam flag me are meaningless.

i think its better your profile is way interactive at all times. number of followers or friends is not a basis for determining your traffic.
