I need to find a free wordpress squeeze page to start building a list. I want to market weight loss health products. I was wondering how would i do market research on this niche?

I dont have any money but I have time to invest, so how would i start building a list? What is realistic goal for me to earn my first year? $35,000/yr?

Oh and if anyone has any success with list building and affiliate marketing I would like to hear some good news like that!

    depends on how hard you work at it. $35,000 is a good start for the first year. If you work really, really hard.

    I have had good luck with affiliate marketing. However, it isn't a good business model. But it would be a good place to start. I can tell you more stories... but if you buy into the war room which isn't much for all that you get, I would do that first before spending tons of money on anything else.

    $35000 is really a big target and you will have to work extremely hard for that. There are a lot of Weight Loss sites, which you should have a look at. Try to follow them, Also try to get ranking for your site. There are a lot of WeightLoss blogs from where you can get a link for your site.

      Rhoda, you can get by without a squeeze page here's how:
      Set up a blogger account at "google blogger". Start blogging in your niche, with reviews and product recommendations. Once you start making a little bit of money then invest in a good auto responder. Learn how to use by watching the videos. You will want to spend a few days here.

      Then when you are comfortable with the program place the AR form on your blog. This is where you will want to send all of your traffic to.

      Like I said earlier, buy into the war room it is a great investment and plenty of tips and strategies are waiting for you. Plus there is a plenty of affiliate material in there that will help get you started.

    the first thing you need to do before you do anything else is get some money together

    if you try and do everything with no money or for free you're going to find it very very difficult

    there are basic things which you need and if you don't have any money i would leave trying to build an IM business until you have more spare money

    this is a "business" after all, not just a quick way to make some extra cash

    the reason why i say all this is because i made this mistake when i first came online, i tried to do everything for free, free website builders etc and it's just not worth it

    Welcome to internet marketing Rhonda.
    you will need to have a way to collect those leads and send them emails about your product once they subscribe. This will require a program called an autoresponder. There are quite a few available, I use Aweber, they will host a capture page for you if you don't have a squeeze page.

    As far as research on weight loss health products, i would suggest you study affiliate marketing in general, since it is pretty much the same for all products.

    I think 35k in your 1st year is achievable, but only with the right help and guidance, without it no matter how many hours you put in you will struggle. Going the free route is tough but not impossible. You need to ask yourself ......what will make people buy from you rather than someone else, so look into branding yourself and seperating yourself from the mass's, and your landing pages will play a big part in that, learn or get taught how to build your own, like anything in life you only need to learn once, then you just get better at it.
