Over 50K twitter followers. What about now?

I have over 50K twitter followers because my username is so popular keywords.
recently i've checked and i am amazing about this.
I don't used to promote on Twitter.
So i don't know how can i do with this twitter account.
Can you sugguest me how can i do with this twitter ?

    I also tried this strategy of using keywords in Twitter username, but failed badly..

    Make a blog or website related to your keyword...
    Use opt in on your website and promote affiliate related to your keyword..

    If you got 50k followers then that keyword must be trending now and then...
    Just make sure use related trending terms, tweet a lot, spread em all over the day.. pull traffic and main theme should be build list and start promoting affiliate stuff..

      xpesos suggestion is probably the best use of the situation, but also with a list of that many targeted followers, you can sell tweets. Sites live Fiverr have people all over there with large lists charging for advertisements.

    Create a website/page and use your Twitter account to gain more traffic to it. You can do that by promoting your page through Twitter and by taking advantage of the things that Twitter offer, say, hashtags and all that stuff.

    You can also sell services to other people. I've seen a lot of people looking for someone to service them to gain good number of traffic to their websites.

    Same thing happen to me. They follow and then gradually unfollow my account.
    I think these followers are from site like addmefast.com where users follow to get points and unfollow after. Now these points can be use to also motivate users to like their page. Although having tons of followers will make you look as if your account is popular but you know the truth is that the followers are the ones who really are interested to whatever you wanted to say or promote.

    I suggest you try creating a yahoo group of your own and search for email address that's interested to the information you provide or simply invite people to join in your group.
