Targeted marketing, costs and sources?

1- How much does such targeted marketing cost?
It's hard to say without getting an estimated quote from whichever service you are trying to use. Targeted Marketing will cost you more but it's Traffic you should prefer to spend money on because those will be the people interested and show potential intentions to buy something related to what you are offering.


2- Can I do it myself or do I have to hire people to do it?
You can do it yourself, however there are many services out there that can manage it for you.


3- If I have to hire people to do this, are there any sources that are well known to get the job done?
Communication and relationship is key. A long as they understand what you want i.e. you give them the info about the market and your budgets then you should not face too many problems.

Many people are outsourcing to cheaper areas such as the Philippines to do this kind of work, however I suggest you do some research via here and Google (maybe even find a local service near you) before going ahead with any Outsourcing work.


The important thing to note here is that you want to ensure what your testing is effective and converting. If your not converting what your offering, you either need to make adjustments with the targeting or come to a conclusion that what your offering is not suitable for that Market i.e. they have no intent to buy or show interest.
