Facebook do not want to earn my money!

I tried to begin fb ads and I'm going to do it for the long term.So facebook will earn a lot money from me. But they don't want to earn it. When I tried to set up the fb ads account, some error occurred and I don't know why.

This is the message from facebook:

Ad Manager Error

Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your ads have been stopped. For more information, please contact us.

I tried to use paypal as the payment method. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with my paypal account. I don't know what does this message mean and I contacted the support. But no reply, though it's over 24 hours since I contacted them.

What should I do now to start my fb ad account?

    uh-oh....
this happened to me, and not because i was doing things unethically...

I was inputing a coupon code to receive free credits... however, i had to leave the house and couldnt do it all in one sitting, so i got to my associate's house and finished it... only to see that message.
there is an option for you to fill in a questioneer...

the questioneer is automated to either shut your ad-platform down or let you resume what you were doing.

As an alternative, you can open another account and set up ads from there. But basically, you can have their support team resolve the issue for you as they may reconsider restoring your account. Good luck!

Well I dont want to be blunt, but the simple fact is that your likely to small to even make a blip on Facebooks radar. Now Im not going to presume to know what your ad budget is but Facebook makes $104,000,000 per month in ads. If you wanted an account rep to help you, you need a $50,000 per month ad spend, before they will even consider assigning a rep to you. And even then its not guaranteed.

The simple truth is that most of us are just to small for Facebook to care about, so if there is anything that looks strange they just cut you off.

Yes, this is quite true that their support is too slow. I as well placed some ads before on FB, they took more than 36 hours to get approved. In this mean time i sent many mails to their support, but nothing comes out. Those ads got live still my ticket wasn't replied nor updated.. In your case, you should better try to contact them via Phone..

Facebook Ad Manager Error seemed to be a very common issue. When I search for it, Google returned results as early as 2011. Still Facebook simply reject people.

I finally got a reply from Facebook team after 4 days of waiting and here's their reply regarding Facebook Ad Manager Error:

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

    Thanks for your understanding,
What I didn't get is, what is considered fradulent activity? I was running legitimate ads following a FB course and funding with my Paypal money. What is wrong with this picture?
