Posting to Google+ Pages : Are you doing OK with them ?

i just don't understand their standard as to what is allowed or not allowed on Google+ Page. Please share your experience.

"unwanted promotional or commercial content" <-- this term can cover all kinds of postings.

Posts that contain spam, such as unwanted promotional or commercial content, or unwanted or mass solicitations, are not allowed on Google+. Offensive or repetitive posts are not allowed either.

    Punit12's link to a Google guideline page gives a very good example of the problem. Such vagueness by Google can lead to misinterpretation.

    If you can give us anything a little more specific, we might be able to help. As it is, it could be that the algorithm has simply spotted an anomaly and triggered a response. It could be that you are simply in a sensitive area.

    Have you had this problem before at any time? I haven't but then I was a furniture maker, which is about as harmless as it gets. I guess I ought get myself back on Google+ sometime ...

    i read the policy page many times in the past. But i do spot one or two items newly added to it after Punit12 suggested me to read it.

    i will be more cautious in future.
