Yesterday 3.39PM 5.30+ GMT run the facebook Ad but still din't approve probably when i accessed to Ad manager therefore something appear like this

"European Union Customers: Facebook needs to ensure your tax information is correct in order to properly determine the application of Irish Value Added Tax ("VAT")
Please take a moment to update your VAT information."

Do i want to apply for the above link?

Hi, I would say yes, Facebook must comply with local government policies.
