        Well, you might want to create your own unique landing pages that convert better than those put by vendors. You can advertise you CPA's on Craigslist. Social bookmarking traffic converts good to free sign ups. I buy social bookmarking submissions on Fiverr. If you want to boost social media traffic use this system: YouTube videos+your blog+social bookmarking+social networks+content syndication groups+Triberr. Create a non promotional video relevant to your CPA offer, upload it to YouTube, embed it to your blog making a video post, put a CPA sign up form or ad below it, then follow the system. Hope it's somehow helpful.

      Groups of like minded people who cross promote their content in social media. They work like tribes on Triberr. Good syndication groups are tough to find though. But if you find one or two where you collaborate with great marketing peers - you don't wanna go anywhere else.
