Is It Difficult To Get 5 Cents Ads On Facebook... I heard FB has a similar algorithm rules like Google, will I have to be strong in Google Adwords to be able to get my ads...

Is this a Myth or is it real that you can get 3 and 5 cents ads on FB ...

I can honestly say it is NOT a myth. I was inspired by this thread here http://www.warriorforum.com/social-m...ebook-ads.html I started an ad campaign yesterday and have already gotten over 400 likes spending only $5 a day. I tweaked my ad and let it run and it is now down to $0.02 per click and a click through rate of about 3%. It's seriously not that hard to do, just take an analytic approach to it and let the ad run. Yesterday the same ad started at .20 per click and is now at .02. I'm confident by tomorrow it will be down even lower. It's pretty awesome watching the "Likes" roll in. It's like a giant snowball rolling down a hill. As you gain more and more "Likes" they come even faster and faster.

This has been my experience as well. The best part about these Likes is they are genuinely interested in your page too. So you can expect a good deal of engagement from them.

      Thanks for feedback everyone..

Vanilla ...confused if you are paying for a set fee for a set number of impressions of your ad regardless if someone clicks or does not click on ad or do you pay for everyone that clicks on your ad ?

Also are you driving traffic from your ad to a inner page within FB or a link outside of FB ?

I've tried both methods. I pay something like $1 for 1000 impressions for one ad I ran with a click through rate of 3.5%

I ran the exact same ad as cpc and pay .02 per click.

It isn't impossible, however 1 Cent advertisments are possible too, but quite hard, you have to spend lots of time with optimizing your Ad.

As an advertiser, I found that it got really expensive when I was vague with my creative/copy, so the more targeted I got, the more qualified traffic I got and my overall cost went down. It doesn't really affect my CPC, but I thought it should be noted.

The best part of FB ads is that you can pay CPC, so you don't have to worry about losing money if no one clicks on your advert. But if no one clicks on your ad for atleast 2k impressions, your ad is not good or your targeting is not good and fb will stop giving impressions to your advert if no one clicks. That's why lot of split-testing(of images) needs to be done to get high ctr and low CPC.
