Facebook disabled my ad account after applying a coupon

Hi everyone,

as above said, my ad account has been disabled after applying a coupon. Of course, I don't mind doing the verification, but Facebook should at least give me a response within 1 day. It's been 2 days since this incident.

After applying the coupon, I paused my ad (I wanted to use it 2-3 days later). Is this the problem?

I have already done verification and even submitting a feedback via https://www.facebook.com/help/127103474099499/.

Have any of you had this kind of experience before?

    Have you resolved this issue?

If not how long was this ad account running before you added the coupon?

I had same problem, just send them copy of your ID and copy of your credit card, they approved my account 2 days after I sent this two files.

(you can mark last numbers on card)

I have had my ad account on facebook diabled after adding a coupon,I sent them all my details including photo Id and they still will not unblock account. They have not given any reason and say the decision is FINAL.
Has anybody managed to get a decision reversed.

If the decision is final than Im guessing its not going to get reversed. Its unfortunate but the simple truth is Facebook does not care about you (or me). They do more in revenue in a month than either of us will earn in 10 years. Where just to small for them to care.

I hope they re enable your account. Have you tried what Hajro said?

I have had similar trouble sometime ago.

I think it is better to stay away from coupons as far as Facebook is concerned.

Fighting companies like Facebook and Google for account suspensions or disabling is a waste of time. Just put your time into making a new account!

I think Facebook has started detecting Voucher-based accounts where voucher source was not Facebook. (they send vouchers by email to new advertisers).

One of my friend had his Ads suspended last week when he was only half-way through using his FB Voucher amount.

Yeah dont use vouchers, using them is pretty much a guaranteed way of getting disabled.
