My facebook ad keeps getting deleted

Recently I started CPM facebook ad campaign on a weight loss product offered by one of the CPA networks. I created a custom audience and after that I created the ad. The ad would be in pending status for a few hours and then another few hours later there was no sign being there. Then when I when to deleted ads I noticed the ad was there.

Am I most likely violating their TOS?

    Can you give more details? What type I picture did you have? Was your text linked to an outside site? What was their response for your ad rejection?

    There was some lines which I really do not understand but for facebook ads you sent them something to review and give them your specifications they verify it and return it to you.

    Are you promoting a scammy rebill weightloss offer?

    Facebook is very finicky on weightloss because of all the lies and claims marketers make which causes their users to complain.
