Can anyone tell me how to setup a facebook campaign to appear as "Facebook suggested posts"

I looked around but I noticed that in "create an ad" section I can only setup a classic campaign.

    To create a Promoted Post, your Page first needs to have at least 400 fans.

    Unlike other Facebook advertising units that are created from the Ad Manager, Promoted Posts are created directly from your Page.

    Smaller Pages may have only $5 and $10 available while bigger ones will have many other options. Note that you will not be paying per click, action or thousand impressions, but based on estimated reach.
    You can change your payment method by clicking on the gear icon. If you don’t, you’ll simply be billed the way you are typically billed for Facebook advertising.
    Once created, your ad will need to be approved by Facebook (as always) before appearing.

      Thank you for your answer. But from what I know this promoted posts option was made to promote your posts only to your fans. I want the post to be also seen by other people in their feeds. Like this:

        I have been looking for the same information.

        Notice the questions is:
        How do you create a SUGGESTED POST.

        Not a related post, or a promoted post.

        Suggested post is the only one that allows you to advertise in the news-feed to everyone, not just your fans and their friends.

        I've tried finding this information, and everywhere I find an answer it;s from someone who didn't understand the question and answered on how to make a related/promoted post.

    Facebook enables promoted posts sooner than 400 fans (for me at least). I don't know the exact number, but its been around 100-200 fans.
